Priority Call Centre Support
Specialised call centre support systems and services deal with initial call management where nearly 80% of print-imaging related issues can be resolved.
End to end support calls are placed to and from your help desk to the Priority Customer Support Centre where support is providedto resolve issues through interactive phone troubleshooting.
Service & Technical Support
If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, a service technician is dispatched to respond to diagnose, rectify and replace required parts to get you back on line.
PCN service level calls are responded to either next-day onsite (NDOS) or 4-hour onsite (4HO); dependant on the levels of service and warranties in place.
